Narrative:
Sign off for visual premature before work completed. Not stamped off visual until all work is complete, but told by those in authority/authorized to sign it. Process work cards! Too much to sign off for responsibility. Supplemental information from acn 562860: person who signed off for assembly of wheel was told not to complete assembly. Then took to final for tire installation. Then I was told to safety wire the inflation plug and over inflation valve. What action have I included to correct this? None -- except told crew chief and management. Entire crew is always conned into being compliant, even if in violation of FARS, contract or even safely.
