Narrative:
Flight occurred into icing condition, pilot heat failed, lost airspeed indicator. Immediately notified ATC and they vectored me to nearest airport. I was approximately 5 mi from the airport when it occurred, 7500 ft altitude MSL. Landed safely. Used poor judgement on taking off with low temperatures.
