Narrative:
After second chime I proceeded to the aft of aircraft to start the beverage service but flight attendant #2 received a call to put everything away. We were going to divert to jfk due to an engine failure. Captain said right engine had to be shut off and to prepare the cabin for landing in 12 mins.

Narrative: AFTER SECOND CHIME I PROCEEDED TO THE AFT OF ACFT TO START THE BEVERAGE SVC BUT FLT ATTENDANT #2 RECEIVED A CALL TO PUT EVERYTHING AWAY. WE WERE GOING TO DIVERT TO JFK DUE TO AN ENG FAILURE. CAPT SAID R ENG HAD TO BE SHUT OFF AND TO PREPARE THE CABIN FOR LNDG IN 12 MINS.
