Narrative:

We were doing full stop lndgs with taxi backs when the event occurred. We were taxiing to runway 17L at apa via taxiway a between taxiway A2 and taxiway A1. I told the pilot to slow the aircraft down as I had no brake pedals on my side -- there is no way to stop the aircraft. The aircraft began to veer to the left. I applied full right rudder and simultaneously brought up the left throttle and told the pilot to stop braking. The pilot said the right brake was unresponsive. We were quickly off the taxiway and I brought both mixtures to idle, but the left propeller struck a taxiway light damaging the propeller tips.
