Narrative:
On oct/mon/02 at XA50Z, I was cleared for takeoff from tus tower on runway 11R. Military F16's were using runway 11L. I took off and turned right downwind per instructions and lost all electrical power. I proceeded west 290 degrees, which was my last direction from the tower before lost communication. My entire electrical buss went out including radar transponder, electric flaps, navcom, and ADF. After leaving class C airspace, I proceeded directly to ryan field (ryn) about 10 NM to the west. I attempted to gain the attention of the tower as I entered a left downwind for runway 24L south of the field. I waited for traffic on the taxiway to clear and landed on runway 24L. I proceeded to FBO after exiting the runway at the first intersection. I then communicated with tus and ryn towers by telephone and explained my emergency and subsequent actions.

Title: A C182 PLT, AFTER DEPARTING TUS, LOST ALL ELECTRICAL PWR RESULTING IN A NO COMS APCH AND LNDG AT NEARBY RYAN (RYN) FIELD.
Narrative: ON OCT/MON/02 AT XA50Z, I WAS CLRED FOR TKOF FROM TUS TWR ON RWY 11R. MIL F16'S WERE USING RWY 11L. I TOOK OFF AND TURNED R DOWNWIND PER INSTRUCTIONS AND LOST ALL ELECTRICAL PWR. I PROCEEDED W 290 DEGS, WHICH WAS MY LAST DIRECTION FROM THE TWR BEFORE LOST COM. MY ENTIRE ELECTRICAL BUSS WENT OUT INCLUDING RADAR XPONDER, ELECTRIC FLAPS, NAVCOM, AND ADF. AFTER LEAVING CLASS C AIRSPACE, I PROCEEDED DIRECTLY TO RYAN FIELD (RYN) ABOUT 10 NM TO THE W. I ATTEMPTED TO GAIN THE ATTN OF THE TWR AS I ENTERED A L DOWNWIND FOR RWY 24L S OF THE FIELD. I WAITED FOR TFC ON THE TXWY TO CLR AND LANDED ON RWY 24L. I PROCEEDED TO FBO AFTER EXITING THE RWY AT THE FIRST INTXN. I THEN COMMUNICATED WITH TUS AND RYN TWRS BY TELEPHONE AND EXPLAINED MY EMER AND SUBSEQUENT ACTIONS.
