Narrative:
Both aircraft were landing detroit, being vectored to the cetus intersection. The BA46 was behind the SF34 in the descent. The BA46 was assigned a speed of 210 KTS at first and was then given normal speed. The BA46 was at 130 KTS. At the time the SF34 was assigned speed 110 KTS. Before the SF34 could reach speed 110 KTS, it was overtaken by the BA46. It was simply an oversight at the sector.

Title: AN EVENT DESCRIBED BY A ZOB RADAR HDOF CTLR WHERE A BA46B OVERTAKES AN SF34 RESULTING IN A LOSS OF SEPARATION.
Narrative: BOTH ACFT WERE LNDG DETROIT, BEING VECTORED TO THE CETUS INTXN. THE BA46 WAS BEHIND THE SF34 IN THE DSCNT. THE BA46 WAS ASSIGNED A SPD OF 210 KTS AT FIRST AND WAS THEN GIVEN NORMAL SPD. THE BA46 WAS AT 130 KTS. AT THE TIME THE SF34 WAS ASSIGNED SPD 110 KTS. BEFORE THE SF34 COULD REACH SPD 110 KTS, IT WAS OVERTAKEN BY THE BA46. IT WAS SIMPLY AN OVERSIGHT AT THE SECTOR.
