Narrative:

I was informed that 2 fan blades (#2 and #12 on engine #2) had minor ice damage, but were within limits. Aircraft was deiced in den. All procedures were done according to SOP. We taxied south out of the deice pad on taxiway G, departing runway 25 for phx. Engine parameters were normal. Engine had no vibration. Same aircraft was flown to den the next morning. All engine indications were normal.

Title: B737-300 CREW HAD ENG FAN BLADES THAT HAD ICE ACCUMULATION, AND WERE DAMAGED.

Narrative: I WAS INFORMED THAT 2 FAN BLADES (#2 AND #12 ON ENG #2) HAD MINOR ICE DAMAGE, BUT WERE WITHIN LIMITS. ACFT WAS DEICED IN DEN. ALL PROCS WERE DONE ACCORDING TO SOP.
