Narrative:
FOD mia ramp. In left seat, taxiing in to gate at mia. Area clear on both sides of aircraft. Guide man and 2 wing walker in position. Captain taxied in on centerline. Jetbridge was positioned forward for a door 2L arrival. As nose of aircraft passed the jetbridge, captain slowed to a creep. Shortly after that, we encountered vibration from the #1 engine shutdown. At this point, the guide man was still signaling us forward. We had to point to the left side of the aircraft before he saw what had happened and gave the stop signal. #1 engine ingested yellow hose from ground air conditioning unit.
