Narrative:
Accepted physical pointout on aircraft at FL350 and approved descent to FL310, had aircraft at FL330, which I neglected to advise other controller. Supplemental information from acn 566670: I physically pointed out aircraft X at FL350, requesting FL310. This was approved. I descended aircraft X and the aircraft got within 5 mi of another aircraft.

Title: ZDC CTLR ACCEPTS POINTOUT ON ANOTHER ZDC CTLR'S ACFT AND NEGLECTS TO EXCHANGE OR POINTOUT OTHER CONFLICTING TFC TO BE PROTECTED.
Narrative: ACCEPTED PHYSICAL POINTOUT ON ACFT AT FL350 AND APPROVED DSCNT TO FL310, HAD ACFT AT FL330, WHICH I NEGLECTED TO ADVISE OTHER CTLR. SUPPLEMENTAL INFO FROM ACN 566670: I PHYSICALLY POINTED OUT ACFT X AT FL350, REQUESTING FL310. THIS WAS APPROVED. I DSNDED ACFT X AND THE ACFT GOT WITHIN 5 MI OF ANOTHER ACFT.
