Narrative:
In salvage inspection area. We received many parts with no identify and routing tags and when parts have identify and routing tags they are not properly filled out. We have made complaints to quality assurance, FAA and no training for the mechanics for identify and routing tags aop 3-3-1. Many of the parts are traceable (mr). These tags are not filled out and no training for mechanics. This training should be annual and is not done. Tags normally have no part numbers, no on and off numbers if they are mr units (mr data transaction are required). The same problems exist with repair and return tags. Many of the identify and routing tags are thrown in the trash after the part is installed. These identify and routing tags right&right tags should be put in the permanent paper package. After ever hmv, C check identify and routing tags and right&right tags can be found on the docks. Most of the time removed parts are left on dock also after aircraft has left.
