Narrative: JOB CARD SAID NOT TO PUT PART THROUGH ACID WASH MORE THAN 3 TIMES OR EXCEED 12 HRS. IT WAS PUT THROUGH 6 TIMES, BUT DID NOT EXCEED 12 HRS. JOB CARD STATED ONLY 2 HRS.
