Narrative:
On nov/thu/02, at XA00 am, I was asked to finish blending an impeller (lp) on aircraft X. I proceeded to finish the job other mechanics started. I continued to blend as per the manual, so the aircraft could make flts for the day. There was damage to the hp impeller, which would only allow for a 10 hour time limited deferred item until engine had to be removed. The aircraft left and flew all day on the nov/thu/02, when I arrived at work on nov/fri/02, I found out the engine had been FOD'ed again since I signed for the area safety check and didn't find anything. However, there were numerous people who did blend before me, I did rechk for all my tools, and have accounted for them. Not sure why that happened or if I missed something on area safety check.
