Narrative:
After completing a part 91 IFR cpr flight from sus to ues, we were being vectored for the ILS runway 10 in ues. After being cleared for the approach and contacting the tower, we were told to call 'wauca inbound.' approaching the fix, we started descending below the clouds and the first officer called the approach lights in sight. An instant later, he called 'runway in sight' and I xferred to visual flight. The runway appeared contaminated with snow and I briefed on contaminated landing. We asked the tower prior to approach and was told braking action 'fair,' however, no NOTAMS were published. Upon landing, the tower advised us we had forgotten to call at 'wauca' and implied we landed without clearance. We, as a crew, were not fully prepared for the runway conditions nor were the conditions reported properly for us or for some arrs to follow (no NOTAMS). We should have been more vigilant to the radio work at hand and done a missed approach if we were not fully prepared for the conditions.

Title: LJ55 CREW LWOC AT UES.
Narrative: AFTER COMPLETING A PART 91 IFR CPR FLT FROM SUS TO UES, WE WERE BEING VECTORED FOR THE ILS RWY 10 IN UES. AFTER BEING CLRED FOR THE APCH AND CONTACTING THE TWR, WE WERE TOLD TO CALL 'WAUCA INBOUND.' APCHING THE FIX, WE STARTED DSNDING BELOW THE CLOUDS AND THE FO CALLED THE APCH LIGHTS IN SIGHT. AN INSTANT LATER, HE CALLED 'RWY IN SIGHT' AND I XFERRED TO VISUAL FLT. THE RWY APPEARED CONTAMINATED WITH SNOW AND I BRIEFED ON CONTAMINATED LNDG. WE ASKED THE TWR PRIOR TO APCH AND WAS TOLD BRAKING ACTION 'FAIR,' HOWEVER, NO NOTAMS WERE PUBLISHED. UPON LNDG, THE TWR ADVISED US WE HAD FORGOTTEN TO CALL AT 'WAUCA' AND IMPLIED WE LANDED WITHOUT CLRNC. WE, AS A CREW, WERE NOT FULLY PREPARED FOR THE RWY CONDITIONS NOR WERE THE CONDITIONS RPTED PROPERLY FOR US OR FOR SOME ARRS TO FOLLOW (NO NOTAMS). WE SHOULD HAVE BEEN MORE VIGILANT TO THE RADIO WORK AT HAND AND DONE A MISSED APCH IF WE WERE NOT FULLY PREPARED FOR THE CONDITIONS.
