Narrative:
After a normal takeoff, during cruise, noticed flaps were not at (indicating) zero degrees (cruise) but, were not more than 9 degrees (takeoff). We contacted company maintenance and flight control for assistance and performance. Continued to syr and landed without further incident.

Title: A BA4100 CREW CONTINUES TO DEST AFTER FINDING FLAPS FAILED OUT OF THE UP POS.
Narrative: AFTER A NORMAL TKOF, DURING CRUISE, NOTICED FLAPS WERE NOT AT (INDICATING) ZERO DEGS (CRUISE) BUT, WERE NOT MORE THAN 9 DEGS (TKOF). WE CONTACTED COMPANY MAINT AND FLT CTL FOR ASSISTANCE AND PERFORMANCE. CONTINUED TO SYR AND LANDED WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT.
