Title: B737-700 PURSER FLT ATTENDANT HAD A PAX THAT REFUSED TO RAISE HIS SEAT BACK PRIOR TO LNDG.
Narrative: PAX WOULD NOT COMPLY TO BRING SEAT FORWARD. PAX SHOULD BE FOREWARNED ABOUT RULES AND REGS FROM OTHER DEPTS, INSTEAD OF FLT ATTENDANTS HAVING TO DO AL THE DIRTY WORK.
