Narrative:
Excellent night visibility tracking 25 degrees, observed 3 large military aircraft depart mcguire. The 3 aircraft departed in an arc that took them from a 11:30 O'clock position to a 9 O'clock position with a 700 ft space under my aircraft (first of the 3 military aircraft). I was communicating with the same controller that the military aircraft were talking with, and we knew each other's position. I was distraction by the proximity of the aircraft and descended 300 ft. I climbed back to 3500 ft and continued flight military aircraft reported to ATC that he had to take evasive action.
