Came from myf to cxl. Put gear down, no light, no gear. Used emergency extension, gear went down, but didn't lock it. On touchdown, gear collapsed.

Title: PA30. ACFT LNDG GEAR DID NOT EXTEND WITH THE NORMAL SYS. THE EMER SYS WAS USED TO EXTEND THE GEAR, BUT IT DID NOT LOCK DOWN. THE GEAR COLLAPSED ON LNDG.
