Narrative:
Departed cdw runway 27. Mission was to practice IFR approachs. I was in the right seat, and we were heading out of the class D airspace and planned to contact approach for practice instrument approachs at another airport. We heard Y and Z air carrier report inbound to cdw at the boonton reservoir. We approached it from cdw. One was 1200 ft, the other was 2500 ft. I told the pilot to fly at 1700 ft to avoid them. I had visual on both. Out of nowhere, a high wing cessna was coming right at us from our 1 O'clock position at the same altitude. I grabbed the yoke and turned left to avoid the aircraft at the same time as the other pilot did. Later in the day, while working with approach, another aircraft was coming at us. I maneuvered to avoid, and the pilot just kept turning into me. Supplemental information from acn 571498: later the same day, another aircraft came directly at us (we were practicing ILS approachs at mmu and talking to approach control).
