Narrative:
During takeoff from runway 24 at kteb, we realized we had insufficient fuel to complete our trip. So, we asked ATC if we could return to kteb, ATC approved and gave us vectors for downwind to land at kteb. During this event, we did not declare an emergency or request priority from ATC. Immediately after landing, we notified the company. Contributing factors: 1) last min change of destination. 2) behind schedule. 3) passenger showed up early. 4) time wasted tracking down catering.
