Narrative:
Received taxi instructions for runway 27 and to hold short of runway 27. Captain commenced taxi for runway 27 and initiated taxi checklist. A small error was noticed in speed bugs for flap retraction on first officer's airspeed indicator. Prior to reaching intersection H and runway 27, advised captain to turn right at taxiway H and hold short runway 27. Captain made right turn onto taxiway H and first officer commenced to fix airspeed bugs. Ground once again advised us to hold short runway 27, and once again first officer advised captain to hold short, then at least 2 times to 'stop!' captain taxied onto active runway approximately 15 ft. Notified tower. At that time tower instructed other aircraft to go around. Captain and flight engineer had short argument prior to blockout. Captain is middle eastern and seemed to be engulfed with that situation, and consequently fell into a case of tunnel vision. Also noticed captain's lack of CRM and lack of aircraft knowledge!
