Narrative:

Executed the missed approach off GPS runway 22, 1r7. Didn't follow published missed per captain. Was cleared direct mcb airport. Asked which approach we wanted, told controller ILS runway 15 at mcb. Controller cleared us direct the airport and cleared us for the approach. ZHU, at some point, told us radar contact was lost. I asked captain if we were cleared or on a heading. At this point, I was going direct to the airport to start the approach at the IAF ferni. I was telling the captain we have to do the procedure turn. He said 'bullshit, go to a heading so we are outside the FAF and intercept the localizer and shoot the approach.' this was not ok by me and not following far's. We intercepted the localizer outside the FAF and shot the approach per captain's instructions.

Narrative: EXECUTED THE MISSED APCH OFF GPS RWY 22, 1R7. DIDN'T FOLLOW PUBLISHED MISSED PER CAPT. WAS CLRED DIRECT MCB ARPT. ASKED WHICH APCH WE WANTED, TOLD CTLR ILS RWY 15 AT MCB. CTLR CLRED US DIRECT THE ARPT AND CLRED US FOR THE APCH. ZHU, AT SOME POINT, TOLD US RADAR CONTACT WAS LOST. I ASKED CAPT IF WE WERE CLRED OR ON A HDG. AT THIS POINT, I WAS GOING DIRECT TO THE ARPT TO START THE APCH AT THE IAF FERNI. I WAS TELLING THE CAPT WE HAVE TO DO THE PROC TURN. HE SAID 'BULLSHIT, GO TO A HDG SO WE ARE OUTSIDE THE FAF AND INTERCEPT THE LOC AND SHOOT THE APCH.' THIS WAS NOT OK BY ME AND NOT FOLLOWING FAR'S. WE INTERCEPTED THE LOC OUTSIDE THE FAF AND SHOT THE APCH PER CAPT'S INSTRUCTIONS.
