Narrative:
Just prior to holey intersection, we entered a moderate chop to light turbulence condition. We had briefed the korry 1 arrival and the first officer was flying. All altitude targets were being met with ease and at holey intersection, I decided to check with the flight attendants to make sure everyone was down and secured. As I returned to get back in the loop I noticed that we were going to be high at brand. I told the first officer to get it down to 11000 ft. We crossed at 11500 ft. ATC never said anything. One note, when we briefed the korry arrival, the FMC came up with at or above 11000 ft at brand and we even asked ATC what they were showing at brand. They said brand at 11000 ft as did our charts. We briefed it, we changed the FMC to brand at 11000 ft. Confirmed it with ATC, but missed it by 500 ft. Not my day.
