Narrative:
Chattering relay noise heard behind captain's seat -- then found 3 windshield anti-ice circuit breakers tripped as well as both drain mast heater circuit breakers. Reviewed QRH window anti-ice inoperative and circuit breaker reset procedures. Contacted dispatch and we both agreed that being in icing conditions that it would be prudent for one reset attempt of the windshield anti-ice circuit breakers for safety of flight considerations. They reset and stayed in for remainder of flight. Did not reset drain mast circuit breakers.
