Narrative:
While taxiing after landing with instruction to hold short of runway 19 on taxiway H, I taxied by hold short line. The tower called me. I stopped short of entering runway 19. There was a C172 aircraft on final, practicing lndgs. I know the cause of this event was distraction which diverted my attention momentarily. The distraction didn't warrant diverting my attention away from my task. The presence of the ground controller was greatly appreciated. His immediate intervention returned my attention to the main job of complete control of my aircraft. A contributing factor was this runway. Runway 1-19 has been closed for months for runway length increase and ILS landing equipment installation. The taxiway and runway being inoperative for this extended period of time may have made me complacent with regard to holding short of this runway on an everyday operation.

Title: BE300 TAXIING TO THE RAMP AT CAK CROSSED RWY HOLD LINE.
Narrative: WHILE TAXIING AFTER LNDG WITH INSTRUCTION TO HOLD SHORT OF RWY 19 ON TXWY H, I TAXIED BY HOLD SHORT LINE. THE TWR CALLED ME. I STOPPED SHORT OF ENTERING RWY 19. THERE WAS A C172 ACFT ON FINAL, PRACTICING LNDGS. I KNOW THE CAUSE OF THIS EVENT WAS DISTRACTION WHICH DIVERTED MY ATTN MOMENTARILY. THE DISTR DIDN'T WARRANT DIVERTING MY ATTN AWAY FROM MY TASK. THE PRESENCE OF THE GND CTLR WAS GREATLY APPRECIATED. HIS IMMEDIATE INTERVENTION RETURNED MY ATTN TO THE MAIN JOB OF COMPLETE CTL OF MY ACFT. A CONTRIBUTING FACTOR WAS THIS RWY. RWY 1-19 HAS BEEN CLOSED FOR MONTHS FOR RWY LENGTH INCREASE AND ILS LNDG EQUIP INSTALLATION. THE TXWY AND RWY BEING INOP FOR THIS EXTENDED PERIOD OF TIME MAY HAVE MADE ME COMPLACENT WITH REGARD TO HOLDING SHORT OF THIS RWY ON AN EVERYDAY OP.
