Narrative:
Taxi out east on taxiway B at msp, an A320 deviated and almost struck our aircraft. When queried as to what he was doing he said, 'taxiing on taxiway pw.' not true, we were on taxiway P. He was on the dividing line between taxiway P and taxiway Q -- a double dashed yellow line. A B757 ahead of us also had to deviate off the centerline of taxiway P to prevent collision. Ground control was of no help and did not respond to our calls querying the situation.

Title: B737-300 AND A B757 INITIATED EVASIVE ACTION TO AVOID AN A320 AT MSP TXWY P WHO HAD INCURRED FROM TXWY Q. MSP GND CTL APPARENTLY UNAWARE OF THE EVENT.
Narrative: TAXI OUT E ON TXWY B AT MSP, AN A320 DEVIATED AND ALMOST STRUCK OUR ACFT. WHEN QUERIED AS TO WHAT HE WAS DOING HE SAID, 'TAXIING ON TXWY PW.' NOT TRUE, WE WERE ON TXWY P.
