Narrative:
On mar/thu/03, I was involved in a lightning strike reinspection on aircraft X. The reinspection was done per srm 53-30-03, figure 23. After the reinspection was complete and I was signing off my non routine cards, I inadvertently facted out [cleared non routine cards] the cards when it should have been a 'tld' [cards not cleared] due to no eddy current inspection, the aircraft has since came in and the eddy current inspection has been complied with.

Title: A B737-200 WAS RELEASED FOR SVC IN NON COMPLIANCE WITH AN INCOMPLETE LIGHTNING STRIKE INSPECTION. JOB SIGNED OFF WITH NO EDDY CURRENT INSPECTION.
