Narrative:
The new procedures for the bwi/dc ADIZ are just as unworkable and a distraction to the safety of IFR aircraft. The computer system cannot handle all these NAS VFR flight plans. The controller workforce cannot handle the increased workload. The pilot community cannot keep up with the constant changes. I propose all airports with 15 miles of the dc area be closed for security reasons. All airports between 15-30 mile radius be open to IFR traffic only, no VFR flts allowed, no training flts allowed. This would assure homeland security as well as aviation safety by reducing the volume of flts in the dc area.
