Narrative:
Fuel was about 350 pounds out of balance on the ramp from APU burn. I tried to balance by opening xfeed and using right tank pumps. As we finished we did not reaccomplish entire checklist and never closed the xfeed. We did restart all 4 pumps. Landed in ZZZ1 without any noticeable aileron or cross controls. When we shut down I noticed we were out of balance with the right tank about 2200 pounds difference. Busy leg ZZZ to ZZZ1 and did not catch. No other factors involved.

Narrative: FUEL WAS ABOUT 350 LBS OUT OF BAL ON THE RAMP FROM APU BURN. I TRIED TO BAL BY OPENING XFEED AND USING R TANK PUMPS. AS WE FINISHED WE DID NOT REACCOMPLISH ENTIRE CHKLIST AND NEVER CLOSED THE XFEED. WE DID RESTART ALL 4 PUMPS. LANDED IN ZZZ1 WITHOUT ANY NOTICEABLE AILERON OR CROSS CTLS. WHEN WE SHUT DOWN I NOTICED WE WERE OUT OF BAL WITH THE R TANK ABOUT 2200 LBS DIFFERENCE. BUSY LEG ZZZ TO ZZZ1 AND DID NOT CATCH. NO OTHER FACTORS INVOLVED.
