Narrative:
Taxied via txwys Y, D to runway 34, turned inadvertently onto runway 30/12 for 20 ft and stopped, turned and exited onto taxiway D. Have been to palwaukee airport for 2 yrs with no mishaps. I have studied the airport diagram with intention not to repeat incident.

Narrative: TAXIED VIA TXWYS Y, D TO RWY 34, TURNED INADVERTENTLY ONTO RWY 30/12 FOR 20 FT AND STOPPED, TURNED AND EXITED ONTO TXWY D. HAVE BEEN TO PALWAUKEE ARPT FOR 2 YRS WITH NO MISHAPS. I HAVE STUDIED THE ARPT DIAGRAM WITH INTENTION NOT TO REPEAT INCIDENT.
