Narrative:
GPWS warning on short final to localizer 31 approach. Momentary obstacle call on GPWS, which was followed by a pull-up just as captain acquired the runway and VASI lights for runway 31.obstacle detected on localizer 31 approach at lga. At that time, we had visual contact with the ground, and we were aware of our position, and to continue to the runway was captain's call, so we made normal landing.
