Narrative:

After flying from spg to orl, I picked up a student pilot and left orl to return to spg. My low time student was following the runway 07 localizer outbound after a runway 25 departure, I showed him 'herny' NDB and the meaning of the (reverse sensing) localizer 07 indication, and I thought we were adequately on the outbound localizer. Apparently, we strayed slightly southward to intersect the disneyworld tfr (3 NM radius 282445 north/0813420W) at about 2100 ft AGL climbing on-course to spg. (Orl tower never gave us either warning or handoff to orl departure control, but we recognize it is our responsibility not to intrude in the tfr). Note: I have made this trip at least two dozen times since 09/2002 and am familiar with the area. I have had no previous tfr violations. Corrective action: greater care in approaching or departure orl in IMC or VMC.

Title: A VFR DEPARTING C172 INSTR PLT AND STUDENT EXPERIENCE AN UNAUTH TFR PENETRATION OF DISNEYWORLD TFR AT 2100 FT, 15 NM SW OF ORL, FL.

Narrative: AFTER FLYING FROM SPG TO ORL, I PICKED UP A STUDENT PLT AND LEFT ORL TO RETURN TO SPG. MY LOW TIME STUDENT WAS FOLLOWING THE RWY 07 LOC OUTBOUND AFTER A RWY 25 DEP, I SHOWED HIM 'HERNY' NDB AND THE MEANING OF THE (REVERSE SENSING) LOC 07 INDICATION, AND I THOUGHT WE WERE ADEQUATELY ON THE OUTBOUND LOC. APPARENTLY, WE STRAYED SLIGHTLY SOUTHWARD TO INTERSECT THE DISNEYWORLD TFR (3 NM RADIUS 282445 N/0813420W) AT ABOUT 2100 FT AGL CLBING ON-COURSE TO SPG. (ORL TOWER NEVER GAVE US EITHER WARNING OR HANDOFF TO ORL DEP CTL, BUT WE RECOGNIZE IT IS OUR RESPONSIBILITY NOT TO INTRUDE IN THE TFR). NOTE: I HAVE MADE THIS TRIP AT LEAST TWO DOZEN TIMES SINCE 09/2002 AND AM FAMILIAR WITH THE AREA. I HAVE HAD NO PREVIOUS TFR VIOLATIONS. CORRECTIVE ACTION: GREATER CARE IN APCHING OR DEP ORL IN IMC OR VMC.
