Narrative:
I received a telephone call stating that I unknowingly penetrated expanded ny airspace. The following is my report of my activity that day: flew to hammonton, nj. Enjoyed a nice day, I flew around maguire's AFB restr area. On the north side there is a 10 mile corridor between maguire's space and the 30 mile ring of jfk. Because of the traffic around rbv VORTAC, I stayed a few miles to the north. Nj/ny area being one of the busiest in the nation, there are many aircraft over VORTAC's. Since mcguire's restr area is just to the south, I stayed a couple of miles to the north navigating off of jfk and stayed 30 miles away. Unfortunately just north of rbv the 30 mile ring of newark comes into play and according to ny approach I was a mile and a half inside of the 30 mile ring.

Narrative: I RECEIVED A TELEPHONE CALL STATING THAT I UNKNOWINGLY PENETRATED EXPANDED NY AIRSPACE. THE FOLLOWING IS MY RPT OF MY ACTIVITY THAT DAY: FLEW TO HAMMONTON, NJ. ENJOYED A NICE DAY, I FLEW AROUND MAGUIRE'S AFB RESTR AREA. ON THE N SIDE THERE IS A 10 MILE CORRIDOR BETWEEN MAGUIRE'S SPACE AND THE 30 MILE RING OF JFK. BECAUSE OF THE TFC AROUND RBV VORTAC, I STAYED A FEW MILES TO THE N. NJ/NY AREA BEING ONE OF THE BUSIEST IN THE NATION, THERE ARE MANY ACFT OVER VORTAC'S. SINCE MCGUIRE'S RESTR AREA IS JUST TO THE S, I STAYED A COUPLE OF MILES TO THE N NAVIGATING OFF OF JFK AND STAYED 30 MILES AWAY. UNFORTUNATELY JUST N OF RBV THE 30 MILE RING OF NEWARK COMES INTO PLAY AND ACCORDING TO NY APCH I WAS A MILE AND A HALF INSIDE OF THE 30 MILE RING.
