Narrative:

As I approached the 5 mi barrier for bafb, I radioed the tower 4 times, with no response. I elected to land south of bafb. Upon landing (6-8 mph winds), my radio fell onto the floor. A passenger elected to reach down and recover the radio. The basket tipped over and she fell head first into a fuel tank (cover). She had no feeling in her hands and legs, so we called 911 for an emt unit. I kept her from moving and we remained in the gondola until the EMS arrived. They removed her from the aircraft and transported her to the hospital. She was checked in with tests and held for observation. She regained feeling in hands and feet and seemed much better, prior to going to the room. All passenger were briefed prior to landing to face the direction of flight, hold on tight and bend your knees slightly. Everyone was also told not to exit the basket until I told them to.
