Narrative:
On departure from cps, runway 12L, noted 1) loud noise, and 2) had to take off early to avoid coyote on runway. Made left traffic to return to runway 12L, shut down, secured baggage door (unlocked), and departed runway 12R. (All with tower permission.) tower suggested I use runway 12L the second time, ignored my report of the coyote, which was still there.
