Narrative:
Departed chs with 10000 pounds of fuel and math showed landing in iah with 3400 pounds. En route we deviated several times around thunderstorms and headwinds were 30-35 KTS stronger than forecast. En route ATC descended us early and fuel at landing now showed 2000 pounds. On the arrival into iah, ATC pulled us off arrival several times for spacing and slowed us to 250 KIAS. Fuel at landing now showed 1900 pounds. Declared minimum fuel with ATC, contacted dispatch via ACARS with time en route and fob, and set up for long range cruise. With slower airspeed, ATC informed us that we either needed to keep 250 KIAS or they would have to place us in a holding pattern. We increased to 250 KIAS and fuel at landing showed 1800 pounds. Sent ACARS to dispatch updating situation and considered diverting to bpt for fuel. While considering diversion, hydraulic #2 low quantity appeared on EICAS and pointer on hydraulic mfd page was amber. Told ATC that we were now dealing with hydraulic problem, and at that point, they declared emergency for us. We contacted iah maintenance for hydraulic problem and they informed us that everything should work as normal as long as we did not lose hydraulic pressure. There was no QRH item for low hydraulic quantity. Informed flight attendant of situation and advised her that if the situation became worse that I would call her back. ATC then gave us direct trann which is the IAF for ILS runway 27 at iah. Ran in range and approach checklists. Landed at iah and taxied to gate without incident. Fuel at gate was 2600 pounds. Maintenance met the aircraft and I was informed that hydraulic fluid was leaking from the right main and wheel brakes.

Title: FLT CREW OF E145 ENCOUNTERED ATC DELAYS AND WX DIVERSIONS ENRTE TO IAH. LOW FUEL STATE RESULTED. IN ADDITION, RECEIVED LOW HYD QUANTITY WARNING.
Narrative: DEPARTED CHS WITH 10000 LBS OF FUEL AND MATH SHOWED LNDG IN IAH WITH 3400 LBS. ENRTE WE DEVIATED SEVERAL TIMES AROUND TSTMS AND HEADWINDS WERE 30-35 KTS STRONGER THAN FORECAST. ENRTE ATC DSNDED US EARLY AND FUEL AT LNDG NOW SHOWED 2000 LBS. ON THE ARR INTO IAH, ATC PULLED US OFF ARR SEVERAL TIMES FOR SPACING AND SLOWED US TO 250 KIAS. FUEL AT LNDG NOW SHOWED 1900 LBS. DECLARED MINIMUM FUEL WITH ATC, CONTACTED DISPATCH VIA ACARS WITH TIME ENRTE AND FOB, AND SET UP FOR LONG RANGE CRUISE. WITH SLOWER AIRSPD, ATC INFORMED US THAT WE EITHER NEEDED TO KEEP 250 KIAS OR THEY WOULD HAVE TO PLACE US IN A HOLDING PATTERN. WE INCREASED TO 250 KIAS AND FUEL AT LNDG SHOWED 1800 LBS. SENT ACARS TO DISPATCH UPDATING SIT AND CONSIDERED DIVERTING TO BPT FOR FUEL. WHILE CONSIDERING DIVERSION, HYD #2 LOW QUANTITY APPEARED ON EICAS AND POINTER ON HYD MFD PAGE WAS AMBER. TOLD ATC THAT WE WERE NOW DEALING WITH HYD PROB, AND AT THAT POINT, THEY DECLARED EMER FOR US. WE CONTACTED IAH MAINT FOR HYD PROB AND THEY INFORMED US THAT EVERYTHING SHOULD WORK AS NORMAL AS LONG AS WE DID NOT LOSE HYD PRESSURE. THERE WAS NO QRH ITEM FOR LOW HYD QUANTITY. INFORMED FLT ATTENDANT OF SIT AND ADVISED HER THAT IF THE SIT BECAME WORSE THAT I WOULD CALL HER BACK. ATC THEN GAVE US DIRECT TRANN WHICH IS THE IAF FOR ILS RWY 27 AT IAH. RAN IN RANGE AND APCH CHKLISTS. LANDED AT IAH AND TAXIED TO GATE WITHOUT INCIDENT. FUEL AT GATE WAS 2600 LBS. MAINT MET THE ACFT AND I WAS INFORMED THAT HYD FLUID WAS LEAKING FROM THE R MAIN AND WHEEL BRAKES.
