Narrative:

Departed bay bridge W29 in VFR conditions tracked northeast on the east shore of chesapeake bay till well north of aberdeen R4001 a and B then turned northwest toward har VOR, en route to P34. I contacted harrisburg approach for transit through their airspace. As we were leaving their airspace I was instructed to call on landing. Pct approach seemed to have a problem with my VFR departure from W29. Our arrival into W29 the day before was on an IFR flight plan and nothing was mentioned by controller as to any changes in procedures to and from W29. I have used this airport many times for fly in breakfasts. No mention of any changes were in evidence on ground or by personnel at airport. My most current class B charts in air guide publications do not show W29 in B space to surface. Our departure north and east bound did not touch the 3500 ft limit on our departure climb out of W29.
