Narrative:

Given a descent to FL200 at FL220, we received a TCASII TA. At FL210, we received a TCASII RA to climb. We began our climb in contradiction to our descent instructions. We were notified of the traffic, made visual contact, cleared the conflict, then resumed our descent. There was a 1000 ft deviation. We were then instructed to cross mosey intersection at 11000 ft. We were on the mosey 5 arrival and there is no mosey intersection on this arrival. We questioned the clearance, and were instructed to be there in 2 mins. We were at 17000 ft. Again we questioned the clearance, and were told to just descend to 11000 ft. 2 mins later, we contacted cvg approach and continued without further incidence.
