Narrative:

Shot the ILS runway 36R approach to charlotte after receiving the clearance for the approach and the current RVR was given as 1000 ft. The minimums on the approach plate were misread to be 1000 ft when they were actually 1800 ft. Approach was continued and at minimums saw the lights and runway, then landed without incident. Contributing factors include fatigue and other factors outside the job including personal problems, ie, divorce that was distracting me.

Title: A300 FLT CREW EXECUTES A PRECISION APCH WHEN THE WX REQUIREMENTS WERE BELOW MINIMUMS AT CLT.

Narrative: SHOT THE ILS RWY 36R APCH TO CHARLOTTE AFTER RECEIVING THE CLRNC FOR THE APCH AND THE CURRENT RVR WAS GIVEN AS 1000 FT. THE MINIMUMS ON THE APCH PLATE WERE MISREAD TO BE 1000 FT WHEN THEY WERE ACTUALLY 1800 FT. APCH WAS CONTINUED AND AT MINIMUMS SAW THE LIGHTS AND RWY, THEN LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. CONTRIBUTING FACTORS INCLUDE FATIGUE AND OTHER FACTORS OUTSIDE THE JOB INCLUDING PERSONAL PROBS, IE, DIVORCE THAT WAS DISTRACTING ME.
