Received forward passenger door in box. Unserviceability tag improperly filled out (not complete). Attempted through supervision and qa to get proper and complete paperwork. I was at first told it would be done, then that it would not come about was not necessary.

Narrative: RECEIVED FORWARD PAX DOOR IN BOX. UNSERVICEABILITY TAG IMPROPERLY FILLED OUT (NOT COMPLETE). ATTEMPTED THROUGH SUPERVISION AND QA TO GET PROPER AND COMPLETE PAPERWORK. I WAS AT FIRST TOLD IT WOULD BE DONE, THEN THAT IT WOULD NOT COME ABOUT WAS NOT NECESSARY.
