Narrative:
Flew from 2w2 to 0w3 for the purpose of remaining outside the dc ADIZ. Cross wind must have pushed the track to the south to cause a reported quarter of a mile incursion. Discovered the problem upon landing at mdi. A waiting phone call from ncrcc indicated same. Future flight will be at least 5 miles away from any restr or prohibited boundaries.
