Narrative:
Departed kissimmee, fl, went to approach frequency (concerned about disney airspace). Called ATC twice (maybe 3 times) told stay VFR. Broken ceiling, tried to get around in VFR. Moved farther east then intended. (Cloud layer was not open at one point.) called again, had radio trouble, switched to hand held, realized where I was and radioed ATC again. Notified ATC over orlando airspace, gave squawk code and vectored me out, told to call them. Spoke for awhile gave license number and no other infraction on record. Told to file flight plan in area (and in general) get squawk code on ground, if problems getting code to call him in the future. Told I would receive a call shortly.
