Narrative:
While completing msb (manufacturers service bulletin) maintenance on 3 aircraft, a new part was installed without the proper documentation being provided with the parts. The new parts are aileron levers, the old parts were part number 120A-X and the new are part number 120A-Y. These parts were supplied by the aircraft manufacturer with a jaa form one. This form, however, stated that the parts had been manufactured in conformity to non-approved design data and that they were pending type certification. This was not noticed until after the work was completed and the aircraft had been approved for release to service and flown. This occurred because the technicians involved were under extreme pressure to complete the work and because 1 technician who was representing the manufacturer gave assurances that the proper paperwork had been provided. The oversight was found later while justifying parts inventory following the work.
