Narrative:
WX was reported below minimums at taxiway left and forecast to remain below minimums for 2 hours. Decision was made to divert to pisco which was reporting VFR. At MDA runway was not in sight and go around was executed. An emergency was declared for fuel considerations. Flight returned to taxiway left and landed uneventfully.
