Narrative:
While placarding the tmc system inoperative per MEL 22-06, I reviewed mpm (maintenance procedure manual) 22-06 and pulled and collared circuit breaker F16, tmc (autothrottle system) servo circuit breaker. Upon a later review of mpm 22-06 (large lettering at top of page), I did not see that this mpm was for 22-06G only. 22-06G is indicated in small lettering lower on the same page.

Title: A B757-200 WAS DISPATCHED IN NON COMPLIANCE WITH THE INCORRECT CIRCUIT BREAKER PULLED AND COLLARED IN CONFLICT WITH THE MEL.
Narrative: WHILE PLACARDING THE TMC SYS INOP PER MEL 22-06, I REVIEWED MPM (MAINT PROC MANUAL) 22-06 AND PULLED AND COLLARED CIRCUIT BREAKER F16, TMC (AUTOTHROTTLE SYS) SERVO CIRCUIT BREAKER. UPON A LATER REVIEW OF MPM 22-06 (LARGE LETTERING AT TOP OF PAGE), I DID NOT SEE THAT THIS MPM WAS FOR 22-06G ONLY. 22-06G IS INDICATED IN SMALL LETTERING LOWER ON THE SAME PAGE.
