Narrative:
I departed oak en route to palo alto. Then mid san mateo bridge, I changed my mind and destination to sck. I have a color GPS. I have drawn my flight plan and written in the altitude. I put an 'X' on the map where I saw an air carrier A320 fly by about 800 ft above me and 1/2 mi away. I also saw the traffic on my TCASII. I was monitoring 135.4, norcal. They announced me to air carrier A320 and said I was in the B airspace. Of course I don't know for sure ATC was talking about me since there was no positive radar identify or communication with me. ATC asked the air carrier what kind of airplane he was passing over and he said a mooney. I don't understand why ATC said I was in class B airspace, if he was taking about me.
