Narrative:

We were notified that potable water pressure was zero in the front third of the aircraft, minimal in the middle galley area and normal in the aircraft part. Due to previous write-ups of a similar nature, I called dispatch and go maintenance coordination in on the conversation. In conference with them and my other crew members, we elected to divert to sea, as we had 10 hours of flight left with a full aircraft. WX was good and the long runway 34R was available at the sea airport. Maintenance and dispatch said an overweight landing would be no problem. We elected to make the overweight landing. The landing and taxi were normal.
