Narrative:

After takeoff and climbing out of approximately, 11000 ft, I retrieved messages from the ACARS printer, including WX along with additional messages that were attached to the above items. First officer began to read the various messages. Three messages from operations identified a weight and balance problem which required us to move a passenger from coach to first class before tko. Neither of us had seen any of these messages prior to 110000 ft. We had received our load closeout prior to takeoff. All information was reviewed and proper. Takeoff roll and rotation were normal. After receiving messages from operations, we relocated passenger load closeout which showed the adjustment. With the time delay, there appears to have been a breakdown in communication somewhere along the line. This was a very minor mistake, but could have been much worse. Having not acknowledged any of the messages, we should have been notified by ATC to contact operations prior to takeoff. Are we stretched too thin in operations.?
