Narrative:
I was told to call tower after landing at krdm. I did, tower advised me that he had given ATC in seattle my tail number for a possible violation of airspace at seattle. He had told me that ATC was tracking an aircraft that went off their radar about 15 NM out of krdm. My departure was from kawo. On the climb out, I tracked my progress using an IFR certified GPS. With this I maintained 4 NM from seattle class B airspace until I reached 10600 ft MSL. Climbing to 11500 ft MSL I then turned over the class B airspace. The whole time I was over the airspace I was above the 10000 ft top of the airspace. I recall this very well, because I was explaining what I was doing the whole time to the passenger, and how I had to climb passed 10000 ft MSL before I turned on a more direct course.

Narrative: I WAS TOLD TO CALL TWR AFTER LNDG AT KRDM. I DID, TWR ADVISED ME THAT HE HAD GIVEN ATC IN SEATTLE MY TAIL NUMBER FOR A POSSIBLE VIOLATION OF AIRSPACE AT SEATTLE. HE HAD TOLD ME THAT ATC WAS TRACKING AN ACFT THAT WENT OFF THEIR RADAR ABOUT 15 NM OUT OF KRDM. MY DEP WAS FROM KAWO. ON THE CLBOUT, I TRACKED MY PROGRESS USING AN IFR CERTIFIED GPS. WITH THIS I MAINTAINED 4 NM FROM SEATTLE CLASS B AIRSPACE UNTIL I REACHED 10600 FT MSL. CLBING TO 11500 FT MSL I THEN TURNED OVER THE CLASS B AIRSPACE. THE WHOLE TIME I WAS OVER THE AIRSPACE I WAS ABOVE THE 10000 FT TOP OF THE AIRSPACE. I RECALL THIS VERY WELL, BECAUSE I WAS EXPLAINING WHAT I WAS DOING THE WHOLE TIME TO THE PAX, AND HOW I HAD TO CLB PASSED 10000 FT MSL BEFORE I TURNED ON A MORE DIRECT COURSE.
