Narrative:

Local conditions were VFR and montgomery tower reported winds at 3 KTS at time of landing. After landing on runway 28, I was cleared by the tower to taxi on taxiway A3 and to continue east of the main terminal bldg to the east terminal ramp. I heard montgomery tower inform the air carrier regional jet, located on the east side of the main terminal, to give way to the taxiing aircraft on the taxiway on frequency 119.70. I was taxiing the aircraft at a slow and appropriate speed. The aircraft flight controls were in the neutral position and there were no quartering tailwinds and no reported gusting winds. Prior to passing in front of the air carrier regional jet, and without warning, the rear left side of the aircraft raised up and toward the front right. The right wing dipped down and dragged along the ground and the propeller struck the ground twice and the engine stopped. The aircraft then settled back upright on its landing gear. I applied the brakes and shut down the engine. The tower asked if I needed assistance and I informed them I required a tow to the east ramp and that no other assistance was required. No injuries were sustained or reported by the female passenger on board. At that time, I noticed that air carrier regional jet's engines were active, as the aircraft was taxiing to taxiway a. In light of the local WX conditions, appropriate taxiing speed, and proper use of the flight controls by the pilot, the only explanation I can offer is a sudden and unforeseen severe wind gust created by air carrier regional jet. As the engines were pwred up and the aircraft began to taxi, the jetblast was deflected from the main terminal building, causing my aircraft to suddenly become uncontrollable.

Title: A C-152 CFI RPTED LOSING CTL OF HIS ACFT AT MGM DURING TAXI, AS AN ACR RJ PWRED UP FOR TAXI, NEXT TO THE TERMINAL.

Narrative: LCL CONDITIONS WERE VFR AND MONTGOMERY TWR RPTED WINDS AT 3 KTS AT TIME OF LNDG. AFTER LNDG ON RWY 28, I WAS CLRED BY THE TWR TO TAXI ON TXWY A3 AND TO CONTINUE E OF THE MAIN TERMINAL BLDG TO THE E TERMINAL RAMP. I HEARD MONTGOMERY TWR INFORM THE ACR REGIONAL JET, LOCATED ON THE E SIDE OF THE MAIN TERMINAL, TO GIVE WAY TO THE TAXIING ACFT ON THE TXWY ON FREQ 119.70. I WAS TAXIING THE ACFT AT A SLOW AND APPROPRIATE SPD. THE ACFT FLT CTLS WERE IN THE NEUTRAL POS AND THERE WERE NO QUARTERING TAILWINDS AND NO RPTED GUSTING WINDS. PRIOR TO PASSING IN FRONT OF THE ACR REGIONAL JET, AND WITHOUT WARNING, THE REAR L SIDE OF THE ACFT RAISED UP AND TOWARD THE FRONT R. THE R WING DIPPED DOWN AND DRAGGED ALONG THE GND AND THE PROP STRUCK THE GND TWICE AND THE ENG STOPPED. THE ACFT THEN SETTLED BACK UPRIGHT ON ITS LNDG GEAR. I APPLIED THE BRAKES AND SHUT DOWN THE ENG. THE TWR ASKED IF I NEEDED ASSISTANCE AND I INFORMED THEM I REQUIRED A TOW TO THE E RAMP AND THAT NO OTHER ASSISTANCE WAS REQUIRED. NO INJURIES WERE SUSTAINED OR RPTED BY THE FEMALE PAX ON BOARD. AT THAT TIME, I NOTICED THAT ACR REGIONAL JET'S ENGS WERE ACTIVE, AS THE ACFT WAS TAXIING TO TXWY A. IN LIGHT OF THE LCL WX CONDITIONS, APPROPRIATE TAXIING SPD, AND PROPER USE OF THE FLT CTLS BY THE PLT, THE ONLY EXPLANATION I CAN OFFER IS A SUDDEN AND UNFORESEEN SEVERE WIND GUST CREATED BY ACR REGIONAL JET. AS THE ENGS WERE PWRED UP AND THE ACFT BEGAN TO TAXI, THE JETBLAST WAS DEFLECTED FROM THE MAIN TERMINAL BUILDING, CAUSING MY ACFT TO SUDDENLY BECOME UNCTLABLE.
