Narrative:
I was working a day trade and went on a down-line to ZZZ for an autoplt problem. In changing the autoplt stabilizer trim motor, I could not remember if the rear mount bolt was fully tightened. I contacted maintenance control about this and was told to hold off on a report until we checked this out. He called as I was standing there and they were doing the shift turnover and I figured all was well. Approximately XA00, I got a call from my foreman saying aircraft did not come through here yesterday, so I went up to maintenance control. Upon entering, foreman said he wanted to 'talk' to me and I told him I never said I did this in ZZZ. I told him where and when we worked on it and he had me call and talk to a line guy. They will make sure it is tight.
